THOMAS DRACHKOVITCH

Founder, Managing Director

DBE was founded by Thomas Drachkovitch in 2023. Originally from Los Angeles, Thomas was one of the first commissioning executives in Amazon Studios’ International Originals division. He was chosen to help drive Amazon Studios’ international expansion efforts on the ground. He developed and commissioned original series and films in English, Hindi, and Tamil across the US, UK, and India.

Thomas drove commissioning initiatives across global markets during his tenure at Amazon Studios. He helped spearhead the launch of Amazon Studios’ Indian content slate in Mumbai, achieving historic milestones with India’s first-ever Emmy Nominations and developing acclaimed originals in Hindi and Tamil, including COMICSTAAN, ONE MIC STAND, FOUR MORE SHOTS PLEASE!, and THE FAMILY MAN.

Thomas played a pivotal role in kickstarting Amazon’s Indian sports and true-crime documentary initiatives with SONS OF THE SOIL: JAIPUR PINK PANTHERS and DANCING ON THE GRAVE, marking a significant leap forward in the local streaming landscape. Recognizing his remarkable contributions, Thomas transitioned to London, where he helped shape Amazon Studios’ dynamic UK originals slate, delivering acclaimed offerings such as TEN PERCENT, WILDERNESS, FIFTEEN LOVE, THREE PINES, LOVESTRUCK HIGH, HOW TO DATE BILLY WALSH, CURSE OF THE CHIPPENDALES, and BACKSTAGE WITH KATHERINE RYAN.

Thomas' unique blend of local knowledge and global expertise, cultivated through his experiences on the ground in the UK and India for a major streamer, underscores his invaluable contributions to the entertainment industry.

Prior to Amazon, Thomas worked in Los Angeles in the Alternative TV department at United Talent Agency, and in development at 44 Blue Productions. In addition to production and talent representation, Thomas also worked at Allied Integrated Marketing across Warner Bros. and Fox Searchlight films.

Thomas is a graduate of University of Colorado, at Boulder.

JESSICA PEARCE

Development Coordinator

Jessica Pearce joined Dream Bay Entertainment as a Development Coordinator, bringing a diverse international background and extensive experience in the entertainment industry. With roots spanning multiple countries, Jessica moved to the UK for her studies, completing her education in Management at Warwick University before transitioning to a creative career with training at Drama Studio London.

Jessica began her career in the entertainment industry producing a variety of award-winning short films, recognised at the London Independent Film Festival and featuring notable actors such as Niamh Cusack and Nia Towle. She secured brand partnerships alongside BFI funding for these projects, enhancing their visibility and success. Her portfolio extends into theatre including an Offie-winning adaptation of Harold Pinter’s ‘The Dwarfs’, alongside a run at The Pleasance during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Additionally, she produced the feature film ‘The Testing Point’, starring Nicola Wright, further demonstrating her capability to manage and innovate across various mediums and genres. Deciding to focus her skills on development, Jessica played a pivotal role at DLNQNT Films (Jericho Ridge), where she was instrumental in tracking and managing new intellectual properties and development initiatives.

At Dream Bay Entertainment, she applies her rich tapestry of skills to support and develop the company’s diverse and innovative project slate. Jessica’s expertise in nurturing new talent and projects, combined with her unique ability to blend strategic insights with creative vision, makes her an invaluable asset to the Dream Bay team. She is proactive and passionate about curating impactful storytelling that resonates with global audiences.

SHADIN AHMED

Talent Manager

Shadin Ahmed joined Dream Bay Entertainment as a Talent Manager, bringing extensive experience in brand partnerships, endorsements and digital-talent management within the cultural space. 

Ahmed began her career as a freelancer at 14HQ Projects, collaborating with brands like PUMA, 2K, and Creed Fragrances. She later transitioned to VAMP Agency, the UK’s leading PR and influencer agency for diverse audiences, where she started as a Junior PR & Social Coordinator, working on projects like Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Channel 4’s Black to Front, and Harlem. Demonstrating her versatility, she later pivoted to the Influencer Management and Marketing team, where she excelled as a Senior Talent Manager.

In this role, Ahmed specialized in scouting and nurturing digital talent, turning viral sensations into commercial stars. She grew and exclusively managed creators like Ayame P, Asher Glean, Anisa Farah and Elizabeth Wosho, overseeing a network of over 100 content creators. Ahmed led influencer campaigns for brands like MAC, Charlotte Tilbury, and Gymshark. Her strategic approach and commitment to talent development drove impactful results, solidifying her reputation as a leader in influencer marketing.

TIANA CHHABRIA

Talent Manager

Tiana Chhabria joined Dream Bay Entertainment as a Talent Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in brand partnerships across the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries. With a strong focus on helping UK digital creators expand their reach and impact, Tiana is dedicated to supporting talent in achieving lasting growth.

With over two years of experience at DDA Creators, Tiana progressed from an influencer intern to a senior account executive, learning the most effective ways to collaborate with talent, agencies, and brands. In this role, she managed over 50 influencers, developed strategic content plans, and handled partnerships for creators like Mia Challiner and Izzie Rodgers. Tiana also helped run DDA Creators’ social channels and led influencer campaigns for major brands, including Maybelline, Elemis, Hollister, and H&M. Her strategic approach and commitment to building strong relationships with talent have driven excellent results, establishing her as a trusted professional in the industry.

At Dream Bay, Tiana aims to further develop the UK South Asian creator roster, broadening opportunities and representation for diverse voices in digital media.
