Sarmad Saleh is Dream Bay Group’s external legal counsel. Prior to setting up his own legal and business affairs consultancy, Sarmad worked in a leading media and entertainment firm in London, where he advised clients in the film, TV and creative industries across a range of platforms (new and emerging) on a variety of commercial and intellectual property issues associated with the development, financing, production exploitation and cross-platform commercialisation of content. Sarmad also has industry experience working in unscripted documentary film making as an assembly editor. 

Sarmad has worked on a variety of high value film and TV productions, such as THE GOLD, THE DIG, OFFICIAL SECRETS, TEN PERCENT, THE GENTLEMEN, THE FAKE SHEIKH and AFTER LIFE, acting for studios, individual talent, production companies, banks and other financiers. He is also a visiting lecturer on the University of Westminster Legal Practice Course, where he gives lectures on copyright in audiovisual industries as well as media finance.
