Founded in 2023 by Thomas Drachkovitch (ex-Amazon Studios, ex-UTA), DBG was built to bring traditional Hollywood-grade representation - strategy, deal-making, career architecture - to a generation of creators underserved by both legacy agencies and influencer marketing platforms.


We represent creators including Sabrina Bahsoon (#TubeGirl) and operate as an official TikTok Shop agency partner, delivering campaigns for brands including L'Oréal, Nivea, MAC, The Ordinary and The Inkey List. In 2025, we delivered 300+ deals across 200+ brand partners and crossed seven figures in revenue.


Beyond representation, we run a media advisory and IP deal-making practice. Recent work includes brokering a five-book studio deal between the Jeffrey Archer estate and Applause Entertainment, partnering Kulfi Collective with Lapland UK, advising Mythik and P1 Powerboat Racing on their broadcast deal, and joining Sooper Books - the children's audio platform backed by all five Dragons on BBC Dragons' Den - as a partner in the business.
