Jessica Pearce is Creative Producer at Dream Bay Group, bringing a global background and a track record across film, theatre, and scripted development. After studying Management at Warwick University and training at Drama Studio London, she began her career producing award-winning short films featured at the London Independent Film Festival, with talent including Niamh Cusack and Nia Towle.

She also secured brand partnerships and BFI funding, enhancing project reach and visibility.

Jessica’s work spans mediums, from producing the Offie-winning The Dwarfs and a run at Edinburgh Fringe, to the feature film The Testing Point starring Nicola Wright. At DLNQNT Films (Jericho Ridge), she pivoted into development, managing IP tracking and creative sourcing.

Now at Dream Bay, she draws on her combined strategic and creative strengths to help shape a bold, diverse project slate. Passionate about championing new talent and meaningful storytelling, Jessica plays a key role in building content that resonates with global audiences.
