Thomas Drachkovitch is the Founder and Managing Director of Dream Bay Group, a talent management company for the creator economy. Founded in 2023, DBG represents creators including Sabrina Bahsoon (#TubeGirl) and operates as an official TikTok Shop agency partner, delivering campaigns for brands including L'Oréal, Nivea, MAC, The Ordinary and The Inkey List. In 2025, DBG delivered 300+ deals across 200+ brand partners and crossed seven figures in revenue.

Beyond representation, Thomas runs a media advisory and IP deal-making practice — recent work includes the Jeffrey Archer estate's five-book studio deal with Applause Entertainment and a partnership with Sooper Books, the children's audio platform backed by all five Dragons on BBC Dragons' Den. He sits on the committees for the ITV x bCreator Awards and the Digital Broadcast Awards.

Before DBG, Thomas spent seven years at Amazon Studios across LA, Mumbai and London, helping launch Amazon's Indian content slate (The Family Man, Comicstaan, Four More Shots Please!) and developing UK series including Ten Percent and Wilderness. Earlier, he trained as an agent at United Talent Agency (UTA).

Thomas Drachkovitch is the founder of DBG, launched in 2023. Prior, he was a key executive at Amazon Studios, leading the company’s international originals expansion. Based in LA, Thomas developed and commissioned original series and films across multiple languages.

He was instrumental in launching Amazon’s Indian content slate, delivering acclaimed series like Comicstaan, One Mic Stand, Four More Shots Please!, and The Family Man. His efforts helped secure India’s first-ever Emmy nominations and spearheaded the company’s sports and true-crime documentary push in India with titles like Sons of the Soil and Dancing on the Grave. He relocated to London, shaping shows such as Ten Percent, Wilderness, Fifteen Love, and Curse of the Chippendales. His experience across three continents has given him a rare mix of local market insight and global storytelling perspective.


Prior to Amazon, he worked in unscripted development at 44 Blue Productions, in talent at UTA, and in film marketing with Warner Bros. and Fox Searchlight at Allied Integrated Marketing.
