Shadin Ahmed joined Dream Bay Group as a Talent Manager, bringing extensive experience in brand partnerships, endorsements and digital-talent management within the cultural space. 

Ahmed began her career as a freelancer at 14HQ Projects, collaborating with brands like PUMA, 2K, and Creed Fragrances. She later transitioned to VAMP Agency, as a Junior PR & Social Coordinator, working on Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Channel 4’s Black to Front, and Harlem. She later pivoted to the Influencer Management and Marketing team, where she excelled as a Senior Talent Manager.

Ahmed specialized in scouting and nurturing digital talent, turning viral sensations into commercial stars. She grew and exclusively managed creators like Ayame P, Asher Glean, Anisa Farah and Elizabeth Wosho, overseeing a network of over 100 content creators and led influencer campaigns for brands like MAC, Charlotte Tilbury, and Gymshark.
