Talent Manager

Emily brings a diverse background across fashion, fitness, and digital media to her role as Talent Manager at Dream Bay Group. With a degree in fashion design, she began her career by founding and running Studio Zipcode, a successful conscious fashion store where she managed a retail space and a team of three employees.

Her career then expanded into the health and fitness industry, where she worked as a personal trainer and gym manager before transitioning into social media management. During this time, she oversaw digital content and strategy for a range of fashion and fitness brands, developing expertise in growing online communities and driving engagement.

Building on this experience, Emily moved into talent management, working as both a social media manager and sports and fitness talent manager at another agency, where she supported creators in developing their digital presence and securing brand partnerships. She has worked across high-profile campaigns with Whoop, Puma, Rimmel, Runna, Under Armour, Amazon Music, and pliability - experience that gave her a strong understanding of how to connect creators with leading global brands in meaningful ways. She later gained valuable brand-side perspective as a community manager for a running brand, further deepening her knowledge of how brands and talent collaborate effectively.

At Dream Bay Group, Emily combines her multifaceted industry experience with a passion for helping creators grow sustainable careers. Her background across fashion, fitness, and brand partnerships enables her to bring a well-rounded, strategic approach to supporting talent in building authentic and impactful relationships with audiences and brands alike.
