Sabiha Uddin is a Talent Manager at Dream Bay Group, bringing a strong background in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and talent management across the fashion and beauty industries.

After graduating with a degree in Business Management from St Mary’s University, Sabiha began her career in the world of talent management, where she developed a passion for bridging the gap between creative talent and leading brands. She later expanded her expertise to the brand side, joining WPP, where she worked with beauty client L’Oréal, gaining first-hand experience in campaign strategy, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling.

Throughout her career, she has focused on building authentic partnerships between brands and creators, helping talent establish long-term partnerships while driving measurable business results. Known for her strategic insight and people-first approach.

Chantelle began her creator management career at Franklyn's Forum, where she worked with a roster of leading lifestyle, beauty and fashion creators, helping to develop long-term commercial strategies and secure partnerships with brands including MAC Cosmetics, Armani Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, adidas, YSL Beauty, La Roche-Posay and Gymshark.

 Alongside talent management, Chantelle has experience producing brand and creator-led events, helping translate online communities into meaningful offline experiences. Her work has included producing events for PUMA x Bianca Saunders and Redken, creating opportunities for brands and creators to engage audiences beyond digital platforms.

Working across talent, production and partnerships, she has built a reputation for identifying opportunities that extend beyond traditional influencer marketing. She is particularly passionate about supporting multi-hyphenate creatives, founders and storytellers, helping them build sustainable careers through brand partnerships, original content, live experiences and long-term business development.
