
Lucy B is a yoga teacher, joyful movement advocate, and creator passionate about making movement more inclusive and fun.
Her journey with yoga began from a place of wanting to change her body to fit in, but through her recovery from an eating disorder, she discovered the practice as a powerful tool for connection, self-acceptance, and joy. Having navigated much of this on her own, Lucy now shares yoga in a way that welcomes those who may have felt excluded, creating spaces where everyone can belong.
Lucy has taught worldwide through classes, retreats, and teacher trainings, while also building an online community inspired by her playful, down-to-earth approach to movement. Beyond yoga, she can be found climbing, weightlifting, running (as a self-proclaimed “baby runner”), and always finding room for silliness along the way.
